Week 2 – Weight Loss Results

It’s been pretty crazy around here. Since my post about the beginning of my journey, both my son and my daughter have been in town. My son is in the Navy and it’s been a year since we’ve seen him. At the last minute, my daughter decided to fly in as well. This is the first time in about two years since all three of my kids have been in town. Needless to day, it’s been busy. Because of this, I didn’t get a chance to give my first week results. However, during that time, I made some progress. Let’s cover my weight loss results for week 2.

January 8, 2025

Before my journey, I weighed myself on January 8, 2025. I used the Renpho Smart Scale to measure my results. It has over 13 metrics to help you track your progress. I also used the MeThreeSixty app to scan my body to get my measurements. My results were:

  • Weight: 185.4 lbs
  • BMI: 32.0
  • Body Fat: 40.5%
  • Chest: 43.0 in
  • Stomach: 44.3 in
  • Waist: 38.7 in
  • Hip: 46.5 in

January 24, 2025

My results were better than expected, especially since I did not exercise at all. I pretty much ate the same things I always eat which usually is fast food and restaurants. I even ate a burger from SmashBurger even though I normally don’t eat hamburgers. What helped with my results was a MHE3™ product.

  • BMI: 31.1
  • Body Fat: 39.1%
  • Chest: 42.3 in
  • Stomach: 43.4 in
  • Waist: 37.9 in
  • Hip: 46.0 in

Weight Loss Results

So far, I’m happy with my results. Despite family being in town, not exercising and not changing my diet, I was still able to lose over 5 pounds. See my before and after results below. I can’t wait to see my results in a month or 90 days from now.
